The Green Bay Landmarks Commission on April 16 voted to approve a design review for a new detached garage at 621 South Monroe Avenue, a Queen Anne residence in the Astor District.
Staff described the project as a new garage to be tucked behind the primary house and presented a site plan and an elevation rendering. The staff recommendation was approval as presented.
Commission members had little discussion and moved to approve. After a motion and second, the commission approved the Certificate of Appropriateness by voice vote. There was no opposition recorded in the meeting transcript.
The approval allows the property owners to construct the proposed garage consistent with the plans and the conditions noted in the staff review.
