ACC approves new construction and variances for Shooting Star Court homes with tree-protection conditions

The applicants committed to a neighbor-notification plan and to staging work so that activities at 8 and 10 Shooting Star Court would not conflict on the narrow street.
Committee conditions and directions included requiring protective barriers around retained trees (committee suggested orange construction mesh and additional physical protection such as boards where needed) and asking the applicants to coordinate a sequencing plan to limit simultaneous heavy activity at both lots. The applicants agreed to collect neighbor contact information, use certified mail as needed, and provide staff a parking and construction-sequencing plan.
