Mike McDonald, Marine and Aviation Director, presented the item and said the grant will fund installation of an emergency generator at the airpark in coordination with Clearwater Gas. After no public comment and no further council discussion, a motion to approve was seconded and carried unanimously.
The resolution was read into the record as authorizing the execution of the joint participation agreement and setting an effective date. Councilmembers recorded no amendments or conditions during the vote.
