Lycoming County Commissioners approve payroll, invoices, contracts and several personnel actions

Lycoming County Commissioners approved a package of routine and programmatic actions including ratification of accounts payable, personnel actions, audit and contract items and several construction change orders.
Accounts payable: The commissioners ratified invoices totaling $2,514,530.20 to be paid on April 16, 2025, from a blend of general fund and grant sources. The payables document listed proportions from the general fund, grants, Act 13 funds and other sources as presented at the meeting.
Personnel and salary board: Commissioners approved multiple personnel actions and salary-board items, including adjustments in resource management and adult probation, promotions and new hires listed as conditional offers dependent on successful background checks. Construction and grants: The board approved two change orders for the Corner Field project to correct as-built drain locations and to widen a drain and replace a concrete slab. Juvenile services: Commissioners approved an amendment to the Adelphi Village agreement to add secure detention services for fiscal 2024–25 at a current per-diem rate of $7.44 plus $0.70 (per transcript wording).
