Election Supervisor Shannon Nettles told the board the county has proofed and returned the special-primary ballot, which contains only the Public Service Commission races. She said logic-and-accuracy testing is scheduled for May 6 at 9 a.m. and that advance in-person voting will run as permitted by state law beginning Tuesday, May 27 and continuing through Friday, June 13, with weekend early-voting times to be set for the required Saturdays.
