Land Construction LLC for $1,688,237.50; to authorize ceiling-tile replacement at the Public Works building with Bolar Construction not to exceed $55,790; to dispose of various surplus trailers and other equipment through Obonoff Auction Services Inc. under an approved ordinance; and to hire Ballard Marine Construction to replace chemical spray nozzles on the lake intake crib for $53,000.
