Revised subdivision approval: Council moved to grant revised final approval for subdivision application SF25-01-01 (Laterra Holdings LLC) for the Bridal Ridge plan, a 26-lot townhouse subdivision at 2570 Alden Drive in an M-2 zoning district, contingent on compliance with the building inspector’s staff report dated April 9, 2025 and a letter from Lennon Smith Solarray Engineering Inc. dated Feb. 14, 2025. The motion carried.
