On the transportation service agreement, commissioners said the per-trip rate remained unchanged from the current contract. Staff identified the agreement as the county's routine annual contract with the transit authority to provide rides for county clients.
The commission approved the list of contractor providers to be used in fiscal year 2025–26 and authorized staff to contract with Eric Mallory, a retired trooper from Hoonfield, to perform polygraphs for probation cases for the remainder of the fiscal year at $300 per polygraph. Staff said the county's need to add Mallory arose after a prior vendor ceased offering polygraph services for certain counseling providers.
All items on the consent agenda were approved on a motion and second and carried by voice vote. The proclamations were presented and adopted; the transcript records adoption statements such as "Adopted today" and routine remarks of appreciation but contains no roll-call vote or further debate.
