- 60 North Street (Map 39 Lot 36): Board adopted amended findings and conditions and granted conditional-use approval (5-0). Condition includes hours of operation limited to 8 a.m.–8 p.m., Monday–Saturday.
- 197 Jenkins Road (private road application for 5 Star Holdings, LLC): Applicant requested continuance; board continued review to May 6, 2025 (motion passed 5-0).
