Janice Carroll, a longtime Castleberry resident and parent, said she has attended board meetings regularly and described her candidacy as rooted in local experience. "I have been a member of this community for over 20 years," Carroll said in her opening remarks, and she pointed to volunteer work with boosters, PTO and school events to illustrate her ongoing involvement.
