The tenant moved in March 1. Anne Cuspa reported the project completed in February, features solar panels and three rentals on the site that share generation benefits, and provides 2,387 square feet of living space. The project budgeted at $560,000 came in modestly higher, largely because of septic and infrastructure upgrades; Cuspa described a construction cost of about $257 per square foot.
