- Buildings and public-safety project costs: Commissioners approved an additional design change order of $17,790 for the new State’s Attorney’s Office architectural and civil engineering contract, bringing total change orders above the administrative threshold and requiring formal board approval. Staff said the work included ballistic/structural redesigns and updated cost estimating.
- Fleet and equipment purchases: The board approved purchases of park and maintenance equipment including a John Deere utility tractor, three John Deere Gators, and a Bandit chipper (pricing adjustments were noted during the meeting). The county also extended or renewed a fuel-card contract via Corpay (Fuelmen) for fuel management cards.
