The council moved and seconded to appoint Hannah McDowell, Rebecca Martinez, John Murillo and James J. Slauson; roll call approved the appointments.
A council member asked that the board consider two alternate positions to reduce the number of meeting cancellations; staff said the suggestion could be addressed in a future agenda.
