The Vinita Utilities Authority on April 15 approved a $7,300 invoice from BBAC Construction to repair driveways and road areas disturbed during recent water-line repairs.
Board members were told the work covers five large locations and some additional spot concrete repairs. Authority staff recommended using capital improvement program cash carryover for fiscal year 2025–26 to pay the invoice.
A motion to approve the expenditure was moved and seconded and passed unanimously. Vinita Utilities Authority Superintendent Smith described the scope as repairs tied to previously completed water-leak work around town.
