Grutman described menu choices designed to appeal to a diverse customer base: “One of them is we actually started using halal chicken for our halal conscious customers and we actually seen about, 10% increase in business from that. We offer vegetarian dishes and some vegan dishes like, acai bowls and smoothies and juices. Our wraps are typically high protein and the wraps themselves are low carb.”
Council members and meeting participants praised the business; one meeting speaker complimented the pasta salad and thanked the owner for his service to the community.
