He added that the plan identifies redevelopment tools, CRA partnerships, incentives and business resources the town will use for future development and reiterated the CRA’s continued focus on historic preservation.
Debbie Thomas was credited in the meeting for taking the lead on drafting the plan; other staff members named in the discussion included Mister Lamac and Miss Elliott.
