The applicant requested a proposed 45,000-square-foot addition that would create a total building area of about 105,000 square feet.
Planning staff (Mr. Russi) said the revised plan complies with the land-development code, requires no variances or waivers, and meets applicable standards. Council moved and approved the resolution by title; a roll-call tally was not recited on the public transcript, but the motion carried by voice vote.
