The Rutland County Workforce Investment Board approved its April 8 meeting agenda and the board minutes from February during the April 8 meeting.
Wendy Morrison, regional manager with the Vermont Department of Labor and vice chair for the meeting, asked for a motion to approve the agenda; a motion was made and seconded and the chair called the question. “All those in favor? Aye,” the chair recorded, and the motion passed by voice vote. The board followed the same process to approve the February minutes.
Why it matters: Approving the agenda and previous minutes are routine procedural steps that allow the board to proceed with presentations and discussion items, including the Bring Back the Trades planning and grant amendment updates discussed later in the meeting.
Ending
No additional formal votes were recorded at the meeting; partners proceeded to information items and regional updates.
