Pittsylvania supervisors back billboards, delay trail‑camera pilot after committee request

The Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously at its work session to support the Beautification Committee’s application for grant funding to install signage and billboards warning that littering is illegal and carrying fines. Supervisors also agreed to postpone purchase or deployment of trail cameras after committee members and law enforcement answered questions about legality, enforcement and administration.
