The nomination was seconded and the motion to elect Brethnock carried (recorded vote: 6 yeas, 3 absent). Earlier in the meeting the commission voted to approve the March 18, 2025 meeting minutes. The minutes vote was recorded as 6 yeas, 1 abstention (Whitfield) and 3 absent. The chair announced the motion carried.
No other reports or applications were on the agenda for next month, and the commission adjourned after routine department updates.
