Commission authorizes city attorney and manager to finalize Forest Lake interim-operator agreement

Commissioner Ferschner moved the requested change and Commissioner Wilson seconded. The motion carried unanimously with Commissioner Oliver absent.
Ending: The authorization allows staff to finalize and sign the interim operator contract with Down to Earth once the document is completed; the contract itself was not read into the record and staff said the signed document would be executed under the authority granted by the commission.
