Board approves package of ordinances, rate changes and administrative items; votes at a glance

The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of Springfield took a series of unanimous 6-0 actions on April 15 across ordinances, resolutions and administrative matters. Most votes were recorded without roll-call detail and were announced as “Motion passes 6 to 0.”
