- Items 15 & 16 (Glow Glue bistro; entertainment): Approved. Applicant described a small-plates wine-forward restaurant and limited, primarily unamplified music.

- Items 17 & 18 (SaunaDay): Item 17 (wine license) granted; item 18 (entertainment) was placed on file without prejudice per staff recommendation.

- Item 21 (Izakaya Koryama): Granted with conditions consistent with restaurant operation: establishment must meet the definition of a restaurant under MGO 38.02 and must have food available during operating hours.

- Item 22 (Esquire Club): Applicant (previous operator retaking the business) was present and confirmed operations; committee approved the application.

Why it matters: The approvals enable a range of small businesses and event operators—restaurants, hotels, community halls and specialty venues—to operate with alcohol service and, where requested, entertainment. Several decisions included neighborhood- or staff- suggested conditions (hours limits, contingent background checks) to balance business operations with public-safety and neighborhood concerns.
