Committee discussion at the meeting was brief. One committee member moved that the committee recommend adoption by the policy board; another member seconded. The chair called for the vote and members present voiced "aye." The motion passed and the committee’s recommendation will go to the policy board for final action. The draft TIP is available online for review, and committee members said the adoption process before the policy board begins with this recommendation. No further conditions or amendments to the TIP were stated during the committee motion.
Looking ahead, staff indicated the committee will begin discussing the 2026 federal funding program at future meetings.
