Among the actions the council approved were conditional-use permits for multi-tenant retail and a tavern with drive-through on Racine Street; a two-lot certified survey map (CSM) land division; a $90,000 seal-coating streets contract; a $10,125 quote to add vibration dampeners to three overhead mast arms on East Geneva Street and Board Road; authorization to purchase an inflatable fire-education house using donated funds; and a range of temporary and reserved liquor licenses for community events and businesses. The council also confirmed multiple mayoral appointments and committee nominations.
