The property owner’s surveyor placed a pin and orange flag at a corner stake. The consultant said she will return with a land-trust representative to evaluate downed trees and recommend whether to leave material in place or remove it, and to determine planting options on impacted portions of the owner’s parcel.
Commissioners suggested placing wetland-boundary signage to help the homeowner avoid future encroachments. The commission ratified the enforcement order by voice vote and asked staff to coordinate a joint site visit with the consultant and the land trust ahead of the next meeting.
