The Gardner City Zoning Board of Appeals voted to continue a special‑permit application for 75 Oak Street (BCF Investment LLC) to the May meeting after the applicant’s engineer scheduled on‑site measurements and estimated a two‑week production time for a required parking and topographic plan.
Attorney Christine Tree told the board the retained engineering firm is expected to provide the topographic and parking drawings needed to obtain a Department of Public Works driveway permit, including proposed curb cut location and sidewalk grading. The applicant requested a continuance; the board granted the request and continued the item to May by voice vote.
The continuation was a procedural matter to allow delivery of engineer‑certified drawings; no final decision was made on the application.
