The Lebanon Planning Commission placed multiple development items on consent and advanced them by consensus after staff reported only minor corrections were outstanding.
Items moved on consent included: final plat approval for Huff Property (three-lot subdivision, ~2.01 acres at 516 and 600 Hartsville Pike); Barton Village Phase 2 (three-lot, ~11.85 acres); Waverly Phase 11 A (26-unit conservation subdivision, ~10.32 acres); Woodbridge Glen Phase 3 Section 1 (26 lots, ~10.51 acres) pending minor cul-de-sac corrections; Walnut Ridge Phase 1 Section 1 (35 lots, ~13.77 acres) with a minor correction; Cades Bluff Phase 4 (42 lots, ~17.75 acres) with minor corrections; and Parker Hannifin site plan (nonresidential development, ~21.27 acres at 104 Hartman Drive) with no further staff comments.
For each consented item staff noted either '2no open comments'2 or '2minor corrections needed,'2 which the commission agreed could be addressed administratively. The commission reserved separate review for items that raised engineering, variance or alignment issues (for example, Cedar Creek warehouse and several site-plan items that required traffic studies or plan alignment).
