Inspector Chris Hall and a civil engineer on the project described how the widened apron and minor northward shift in the curb cut improved sight lines and turning radius. Chris Hall advised the board that southbound trucks on Valley View often swing into the opposite lane to make the turn, and the wider apron would reduce that conflict.
The board voted to accept the application as presented and approved Case 718. The applicant indicated future signage would be submitted under separate cover and that permanent access arrangements remain under negotiation in related easement discussions.
