Staff recommended award to TJ Campbell as the lowest bidder.
A commissioner asked to confirm the project location was Spencer. After that confirmation, a motion to approve the award was made, seconded and adopted by voice vote. No amendments or alternate funding sources were discussed at the meeting.
The award completes the procurement step needed to move into the project’s construction phase for the District 1 sidewalk.
