- FIR 65 25: Modification 1 to HOME agreement HM21-02 between Catholic Charities Diocese of Joliet Inc. and DuPage County increasing HOME funding by $110,339 for a total HOME amount of $410,339.
- FMP transfers and appropriations: An additional appropriation (FIR 6,625) for DuPage Care Center Foundation funded projects of $21,112 and transfers between overtime, contingencies and employee medical/hospital insurance accounts to cover unanticipated deficits were approved.
- Travel: Two staff travel requests to attend the National Alliance to End Homelessness conference in Washington, D.C., were approved; both were noted as grant funded.
- Grant application notifications and informational items: The committee recorded notice of applications for multiple grants, including AgeGuide Northeastern Illinois caregiver resource services (Title III-E), RTA Section 5310 funds, Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity grants (GPN 7 25), LIHEAP state supplemental grant, U.S. Department of Energy weatherization grants and other weatherization funding for program year 2026. Committee members voiced "Aye" on those notifications.
