Roosevelt Elementary Principal Allison Aber told the Lakewood Board of Education on April 14 that Roosevelt has made measurable gains in attendance and student learning.
Aber said Roosevelt is “focused on attendance” and credited prevention, family partnerships and targeted interventions for results: family resource coordinator Mrs. Schaffer reported that 91.91 percent of Roosevelt students meet or exceed state attendance guidelines by missing no more than 10 percent of the school year.
