Applicant Samantha Burke described the operation as specialty flower production for bouquet making, with customers able to cut flowers on site or sign up for wrapped‑bouquet memberships. Burke said the farm sits on about 8.76 acres and the flower‑production area is roughly one acre. Commissioner Rogers moved to approve the special‑use permit; Commissioner Morgan seconded the motion. The board voted 6‑0 to approve the permit with the stated conditions.
