The board also adopted Ordinance 3-20-25 to amend Chapter 71 of the Village Code concerning filling of lands, passed Resolution 5-2025 accepting public highways and adopted Resolution 6-2025 establishing stormwater permit fees. Separately the board approved a proposed two-year extension to its refuse and recycling contract with GFL that adjusts the annual escalation language.
