- Appointment: Approved resolution 041525AD3205 appointing Dawn Nyehus as Sherburne County Attorney (see separate article).

- Accessory Dwelling Units (zoning amendment): Approved amendments to allow ADUs on homesteaded and relative-homestead properties and clarified a 1,000-square-foot footprint maximum for detached ADUs on platted lots (motion carried; see separate article).
- Bond counsel: Approved termination of the existing bond counsel agreement with Kennedy & Graven and authorized a new agreement with Kutak Rock LLP for bond-counsel services for Sherburne County (motion carried). Staff noted actual costs for bond counsel are typically paid by applicants for taxable-exempt conduit bonds.
- Auditor/Treasurer report: Accepted the audited treasurer's monthly report for March and received the investment and tax-rate reports (motion carried).
