House Bill 2682 would direct the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) to establish an advisory committee to study and recommend updates to the adequate service level and funding model for early intervention and early childhood special education (EIECSE). The advisory committee would consider research and family experiences and must report recommendations to the Legislative Assembly by Sept. 15, 2026.
