Vermont State Colleges board welcomes new trustee, honors three departing trustees

Trustees reappointed Janet Bambergie and appointed Colin Condon (board-appointed) as trustees; Colleen (surname not specified in the record), introduced on Zoom as owner/operator of Suncrest Healthcare Communities in St. Albans (which includes Franklin County Rehab Center and Villa Rehab Center), was confirmed as a trustee and given voting privileges.
