Committee approves Apple Hills and Gulf View Estates public-improvement plans; Tractor Supply plan noted

Scott described Gulf View Estates as a conservation-style subdivision off Ryan Drive across from the St. Andrews condominiums with about 19 lots, public water and sanitary service, storm sewers and several stormwater ponds. He said the plan includes a trail under the ATC transmission lines that will link to Ryan Drive; staff said the city would accept the trail and maintain and plow it in winter.
The committee also received a notification about Tractor Supply site plans for the Kohl's area. Scott said the site civil review is underway and that state review with the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) is pending; he said the applicant’s last timing estimate was to break ground in July with a possible opening in October.
