- Legal counsel: The board voted to continue its current legal counsel engagement through June 30, 2026. The board’s legal affairs committee recommended extending the existing arrangement with the current firms; staff said invoices are now provided with more itemized detail and staff members reported confidence in responsiveness and expertise.
