The city reported on compliance for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds covering the period April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Finance staff said the city received $5,800,000 in ARPA funds, allocated funding to 10 projects and has approximately $33,500 remaining for expenditures in 2025.
Staff said the compliance report fulfills the financial assistance agreement’s reporting requirement and that, because most funds have been obligated, the city is unlikely to have to return federal funds. The report will be submitted to the U.S. Treasury as required; staff did not identify any outstanding non‑compliance concerns in the reporting period.
Council did not take formal action on the report; it was presented for information and compliance documentation.
