The plan recommends criteria for public art selection (visibility, connectivity, coordination, geographic distribution, and community service), a process for prioritizing projects, and guidance for aligning arts investments with downtown revitalization, tourism and parks objectives.
Action: Councilmember Marshall moved to approve Resolution 25-10 adopting the Oak Harbor Arts Plan; Mayor Pro Tem seconded. The resolution passed unanimously.
