The proposed concept plan shows three lots, none smaller than 2.5 acres, and three driveway accesses; county engineering indicated the proposed additional driveways met spacing requirements and raised no objections. The commission closed the public hearing with no speakers registered against the plan and approved the rezoning.
The rezoning permits the owner to create up to three new home sites under RR‑2.5 standards; any future construction will require standard permitting.
