The ordinance authorizes the director of administration to enter an agreement with the Champaign County Commissioners to allow the city and county to receive partial reimbursement from the Ohio Public Defender Commission for indigent-defense expenses of the Champaign County Municipal Court.
Council placed the ordinance on the floor for third reading and recorded a roll-call vote in which all members present voted yes.
