Board member Tim Doran shared an anecdote about a counselor who learned a CTE agriculture course could count for science credit and said the cross-crediting helped a student avoid a scheduling conflict.
The board voted to adopt the curriculum by roll-call vote; the motion carried unanimously. Administration and board members urged continued cultivation of industry partnerships to support pathway placement and future expansions.
