Development Services Manager Mary Deloach presented the application, said the subdivision is in the eastern part of Bulloch County, and described the submitted lighting plan as similar to earlier phases. "So with that being said, that the staff has recommended approval for this application as well," Deloach said. The board had no questions and moved to a vote, with the chair announcing the district approved.
The application follows the county’s established lighting plan patterns for phased subdivisions. The board recorded approval of the special streetlight district during the meeting; no public objections were recorded in the transcript.
