Bulloch County approves River Bluff streetlight special tax district

The Bulloch County Board approved a streetlight special tax district application submitted by River Bluff Properties LLC for a new subdivision at Eldora Road and Martin Swinson Road.
Development Services Manager Mary Deloach presented the application and the submitted lighting plan, and said staff recommended approval. "This lighting plan is similar to those of those previous light plans of the phases that are already there," Deloach said. The board asked no questions and moved to approve the application.
The plan, presented as a continuation of previously approved phases, covers a new development in the southeastern part of Bulloch County. No members of the public spoke on the item during the meeting. The board voted to approve the streetlight special tax district application during the agenda item.
The approval allows the applicant to proceed under the county’s special tax streetlight process as previously used for other phases of the subdivision. The board moved on to the next agenda item after the vote.
