Resident David Buck (Kona Village Apartments) spoke about amplifying student voice. Buck recounted positive student experiences at a former sixth-grade center (Steger) and recommended the district create a 10-member student advisory council to advise the district on matters large and small. He described existing student advisor participation and noted the city of Webster Groves lacks a youth advisory council.
