How to read these recommendations
A Planning Commission consistency finding is a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. Items found "consistent" are forwarded for the board to consider adoption of the plan amendment; items found "inconsistent" are transmitted as a recommendation to deny or revise. Items continued remain pending and will be considered at a later hearing.
