At the close of the Stonecrest work session the council moved into an executive session to discuss personnel, litigation, real estate and cybersecurity and later returned to the public work session.
Council recorded the motions and the votes as follows: the motion to enter executive session and the motion to exit executive session both carried by recorded voice votes of five "aye" and zero "nay." After the executive session the council moved to approve the executive session minutes; that motion passed 5-0. The council then moved to adjourn the work session; the motion to adjourn also carried 5-0.
The work session minutes record the council's roll call at the start of the meeting and the formal voice tallies when the motions were called. No other action or ordinance was adopted in open session during this item. The minutes from the executive session were approved by unanimous vote.
