The second would rezone property at 444 Old Parkesville Road (tax map 059Parcel019.01) from FAR to R-1 (Rural Residential). Rogers said both items passed the planning commission unanimously; county staff were present to discuss details if commissioners had questions.
No formal vote on the rezoning ordinances occurred at the meeting; Rogers requested placement of both items on the next scheduled voting-session agenda.
